If you have some tokens that are being imported incorrectly then you can report this on koinly.canny.io as a Bug Report.
After the token import has been fixed, you will need to re-import those transactions to get the updated version.
The easiest way to do this is to just delete the wallet and recreate it but if you have made a lot of manual adjustments then you might not want to re-do those.
Your other option would be to delete those specific transactions and then resync the wallet from the beginning.
